Free Legal Aid Unit within Ministry of Justice

Primary legal assistance as a legal instititute within the Law on Free Legal Aid is provided by authorized personnel from the Ministry of Justice or from its subordinate departments located in cities accross the country. Primary legal assistance is also provided by authorized civil society organizations. Primary legal assistance consists of providing general legal advice, general legal information, and assistance in drafting an application for free legal aid.
